Scrapbooking from niche to the mass.
Scrapbooking, the creative arrangement of photos, clippings, memorabilia, stickers, ribbons and other embellishments onto cards, albums, boxes, and more, has long been a craft among a dedicated portion of the population. According to the latest PMA/ PSRO consumer survey that analyzes 9,168 responses from all over the country, 11.5% of U.S. households completed a scrapbook in 2005. An additional 10% of households started a scrapbook project, but did not manage to finish it during the same period, while 9% have made a scrapbook sometime in the past, but not during 2005.
