Vivendi buys US mobile video game editor Centerscore; terms undisclosed

PARIS (AFX) - Vivendi said its Games division has bought the US mobile video game developer Centerscore, whose titles include Amy’s Jigsaw Scrapbook, Amy’s Hangman and Alone: The Horror Begins.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Oliver Miao, Centerscore’s CEO, will remain in charge of the studio, reporting to Paul Maglione, president of Vivendi Games Mobile.

‘The addition of the Centerscore team is another step in our plan to be among the top mobile publishers in the industry,’ said Cindy Cook, chief strategy and marketing officer for Vivendi Games.
