Hobbyists have a new source for fueling their addiction: Archiver’s: The Photo Memory Store has opened an outlet in Katy. The chain operates 34 stores around the country, but this 6,500-square-foot location is the first in Texas.

Scrapbooking group to help empower, heal participants

FARMINGTON - A new group will explore participants’ empowerment and recovery through scrapbooking with a 10-week session from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays at the Sexual Assault Crisis and Support Center on Pleasant Street. The group starts March 27, but new members will be accepted until April 3.
